1. Service

Creation Protector controls access to creator files by verifying Patreon tiers. It is not affiliated with or operated by Patreon.

2. Creator responsibilities

• You must hold the copyright and distribution rights for uploaded files.
• Do not upload illegal content, malware, or material that infringes others' rights.
• Each account has work and storage limits that the operator may adjust.

3. Adult (18+) content

• Only creators whose Patreon page is classified as Adult/18+ may upload adult content. It cannot be uploaded from All Audiences pages.
• Adult content must follow the Adult/18+ rules of Patreon's Community Guidelines.
• You must have written consent from every real adult shown in your work. This also applies to realistic AI depictions of real people.
• Sexual depictions of minors or anyone who appears to be a minor are prohibited in every form, including drawings, animation and AI-generated content.
• If child sexual abuse material is found, we remove it immediately, terminate the account and report it to the authorities.
• Works from adult pages can only be downloaded by paying supporters who confirmed on Patreon that they are 18 or older. Supporters must also follow the laws where they live.

4. Restrictions

Violations or abuse, including automated bulk requests, unauthorized collection, or misuse as file hosting, may lead to restrictions or files being made private without notice.

• Protected links may only be used to deliver benefits to the creator's own Patreon supporters. Using them for general file sharing or hosting is prohibited and can lead to the work being blocked or the account being disabled.
• Free-tier works can be up to 250 MB per file and 1 GB in total. Creators on an operator support plan on Patreon are exempt.
• If an account goes over its work or storage limits (for example after a support plan ends), downloads of the works beyond the limits (newest first) stop after a 30-day grace period, and their files are deleted 120 days after the account went over. Work details remain, and supporting again or tidying up before then lifts this.

5. Reporting infringement and policy violations

If your work was posted without permission, report it to [email protected] with the work link, rights-holder information, and details of the infringement. Once verified, downloads are suspended and the creator is notified.

6. Limitations and disclaimer

This tool reduces unauthorized access through shared links and collection. It cannot prevent redistribution of downloaded files. Liability for service interruptions or Patreon API changes is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
