1. Information collected

• Creators: Patreon user ID, display name, campaign ID and name, tier names, IDs and prices, and registered work details and files.
• Supporters (download users): Patreon user ID, name and tier for that campaign. For each download we record the work, time, browser information (User-Agent) and the domain of the site where the protected link was opened. Email and IP addresses are not stored.

2. Purpose of use

Used to verify membership and tiers, control work access, provide download records to creators, and prevent abuse and unauthorized collection.

3. Patreon authentication tokens

Tokens are used only while verifying information and are not stored. Login state is maintained using signed browser cookies.

Your chosen language is stored in a browser cookie for up to one year. If none is selected, we use your browser's language preferences.

4. Retention and deletion

• Download records are kept for 90 days, then deleted automatically. Creators can delete them at any time.
• Membership verification is kept only in browser cookies for up to one hour.
• Creator accounts and work information are kept until account deletion is requested.

5. Third parties and processing

Download records are shown only to the work's creator. Files use Cloudflare R2; authentication uses the Patreon API. Data is not shared with other third parties unless legally required.
